The news about Microsoft buying Minecraft (Mojang) came as a surprise for all. And it’s naturally that it generated many discussion on this topic. Most questions are WHY? and WHAT NEXT?.
But I have my own thoughts. What if Microsoft couldn’t buy Mojang because of this simple reason – Apple wanted to buy them! 🙂 Just imagine – Apple buys Minecraft and makes all new versions as exclusive for MacOS (or “temporarily exclusive”, like RockStar Games with GTA 5).
These hard times for Microsoft when market changes and Apple even improve their positions as desktop OS in the USA – it could be a BIG DEAL. Probable critical hit
Markus Alexej Persson (Notch) already went down in history, but in that case, he would take part in operation в “The End Of Microsoft”. 🙂
